Temole had taken on the challenge to make cauliflower more appealing to everybody, while maintaining its natural benefits. They have achieved this by using very simple and minimal ingredients. Temole has transformed that piece of cauliflower into an oven-baked delectable puff that is much easier to enjoy. This has been achieved by various incredible spices which create the flavours that will fulfill your snacking desires, leaving no guilt behind.


Ingredients: Cauliflower (50%), Rice, Rice Bran Oil, Kale Powder (2%), Black Pepper (2%), Sea Salt.

Lions Mane Mushroom is not everyone’s cup of tea due to its taste. But this is very convenient! You get all the benefits from the mushroom but without the taste 👅. I take three tablets a day and definitely can notice the difference. Great Product.

Told my self I’d only have a little piece 🫣

This Pistachio “Not” Kataifi Bar was amazing! I wanted to have it with my coffee (as the best thing you can have chocolate with is obviously coffee), but because I didn’t want to wait till the morning I said I will try a little piece. Hmmmm that didn’t go to plan so I ate the whole thing in one sitting (not sorry). Now I need to order a few more this time, just incase
