In the clothing category, we require a minimum of three days for processing orders due to the customization and printing process. It's important to note that different items may be shipped at different times, resulting in multiple parcels arriving at different times.

For our shipping rates, we offer free shipping on clothing items and a flat rate on all other products. Please note that at this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email as soon as it becomes available.

Halo Sugar Chocolate

We understand how important it is for our customers to receive their chocolate in the best possible condition. With this in mind, we take great care in packing and shipping your order with preventative measures to protect it from melting. However, due to the delicate nature of our fresh, hand-crafted chocolate, there is a possibility that it may melt during transit, especially during hot weather.

In the event of extreme heat, we will notify you of the delay in shipment. We take pride in the love and care we put into our chocolate and do everything we can to keep it in the best tasting condition. While we take every precaution in packaging, we cannot accept responsibility for any melted chocolate during transit.

Halo Sugar Chocolate is shipped from Australia, and we offer both standard and express post options, with shipping costs calculated at checkout. Due to the possibility of melting, we highly recommend choosing the express post option to ensure timely delivery in the best possible condition.

Please ensure that you provide us with accurate delivery address details during checkout, as we cannot accept responsibility for any issues resulting from incorrect delivery information.
