Ki Cold & Flu day/night formula has a blend of natural ingredients used in traditional Chinese medicine & Andrographis to help fight symptoms of the common cold & flu. The additional night tablet provides relief from congestion and provides a restorative sleep.
Furthermore, it contains ginger and zinc which have been traditionally used in Chinese medicine to help clear nasal passages, relieve chesty coughs and support a healthy immune system.
The tablets also contain Magnolia, wild mint and lemon balm. The magnolia has been used in traditional Chinese medicine to help clear congestion and nasal passages. The wild mint has been used in traditional Chinese medicine to help relieve symptoms of the common cold including mild fever, headaches and sore throat.
Finally, the lemon balm, has been Used in traditional herbal medicine to naturally promote a restorative sleep.
Recommended to be taken at the first sign of infection and fever.

Usage Directions:
Day Tablets: Take 1 day tablet twice daily (morning and afternoon).
Night Tablets: Take 1 night tablet before bedtime.

Lions Mane Mushroom is not everyone’s cup of tea due to its taste. But this is very convenient! You get all the benefits from the mushroom but without the taste 👅. I take three tablets a day and definitely can notice the difference. Great Product.

This Pistachio “Not” Kataifi Bar was amazing! I wanted to have it with my coffee (as the best thing you can have chocolate with is obviously coffee), but because I didn’t want to wait till the morning I said I will try a little piece. Hmmmm that didn’t go to plan so I ate the whole thing in one sitting (not sorry). Now I need to order a few more this time, just incase
